Refund & Replacement Policy

If a shipment arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or fails independent purity testing, we refund or replace it at our expense — no restocking fees, no hassle.

Eligible for refund or replacement

  • • Order arrived with broken vials or compromised cold-chain
  • • Package confirmed lost by the carrier
  • • Product failed independent HPLC testing (labelled purity vs. actual)
  • • Wrong item or wrong dosage shipped by our fulfillment
  • • Package not delivered within 21 days internationally / 10 days domestic

Not eligible

  • • Buyer's remorse or change of research direction
  • • Reconstituted or opened vials
  • • Delays caused by customs or incorrect shipping address
  • • Damage caused by improper storage after delivery
  • • Requests submitted more than 14 days after delivery

How to request a refund

  2. 2Include clear photos of the packaging, cold-chain materials (if applicable) and vials.
  3. 3For purity claims, attach the third-party HPLC report with batch/lot reference.
  4. 4Our team reviews within 48 hours and dispatches a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
